... 10 mg , but the focalin is not as affective and cause sleep issues is if i needed more of them. but i can take the concerta 36mg and fall asleep and thats when i actully get my best rest anything more affective or closer to concerta thats not er
I have a question that maybe someone can help me with I take concerta er then 8 hours later focalin?

Concerta is the medicine called methylphenidate which comes in immediate release formula as well as the ER (extended release). Other brand names for methylphenidate include Concerta, Ritalin and Mehtylin which all come in an immediate realease formula. Might be worth discussing the possibilties with the doc.

Focalin is a revised version of ritalin called dexmethylphenidate. So although similar it is different.
