More than the dose, contact your doctor about what you are feeling, it is very important he / she knows ASAP. If you are suicidal, the most relevant thing you can do is get in touch with your doctor, please do so, and do not do anything that might harm you, I know you are depressed, but life is too precious. I am 42 manic depressive and attempted suicide when I was 24, and the woman I was with saved my life taking me to the ER, I sliced my wrists. In the meantime take the medication and call a friend , you need someone with you right now, a relative, parent, etc... And you must talk to your doctor.
All medications in some way or another affect the liver and kidneys, one more than others. Initial dose for depression is 30mg twice daily.
