... Had a mastectomy and was on Aromasin. I have been cancer free for the last 5 years. Doctor took me off the Aromasin and after a year and a half, I have developed cysts on my ovaries. one is 8c. I had a hysterectomy but the ovaries were left in when I was 46. I am now 71. could the results from stopping the estrogen blocker be the cause of these cysts? drs.advise to have the ovaries removed. I am fearful of surgery because I had had Mersa before and almost died.
