Im not sure these are strong enough but they help a little bit. Do you know what mg. of xanax's they have? Mine are 3mg bars. Thankyou.

That is a really high dose for anyone, much less a beginner, hopefully they told you to break them into fourths. I have panic disorder and my doc wouldn't let me have over 2 milligrams of lorazepam taken 1 mill in morning and 1 at night. You can get dependent really easily and should go for therapy to help with any issues and not just depend on the medicine.

There is no such thing a a 3mg bar. They only come in 2mg Instant release. If you're taking Xanax XR than they have a 3mg pill. Xanax is one of the most powerful benzodiazepine available through prescription in the US. I agree that's a higher does but the maximum does you can take a day is 10mg like mentioned. I would personally try the Xanax XR. It lasts a lot longer. I hope this helps. Good Luck!

yes that happened to me,,so i started weaning myself gradually back down to a lower dose of 0.5mg and stayed on that for months and when needed i noticed if i took 1mg it worked so much better... i think the more you have in high dosage the body gets used to that amount and your tolerance builds up so when i was on 2mg i now find that 1mg works the same now for me... hope that this helps some,,

They have .25mg, .5mg. 1mg and 2mg Immediate Release Xanax. They also have Xanax XR that come in .5mg,1mg, 2mg, and 3mg. I forgot to mention that. Sorry.
