Possible side effects of Flonase Spray:
All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome:
Dizziness; headache; nasal irritation or burning; nausea; nosebleed; sore throat; vomiting.

Everyones body is diff, so that might be the only meds like that you can take without having side effects. i would not be concerned at least you know what works and what dont,i had the same problem except i can only take nasonex because the others cause nose bleeds,hope this helps
