I found some of my old Alprazolam, do these expire or dont work as well after some time?

All drugs have a shelf life / expiry date. Once this date has past the drug manufacturer can no longer guarantee its safety or efficacy.
If your tablets are old you are best to throw them away and get a new prescription from your doctor.
