Your pill is a generic of Vicodin made by Amneal Pharmaceuticals.
The dose is 10mg of hydrocodone (narcotic opioid pain reliever/killer), and 500mg of acetaminophen (active chemical in Tylenol).
The reason you had difficulty identifying the pill is that the imprint is actually "IP / 119", which appears to read "611 / d1" when inverted.
