I found a pill, green, round with no imprint on either side, what would this be?

It looks a lot like the oxycodone pills on your reference site but has no imprint.

It would be very difficult to ID a pill without imprints, it could be of some foreign origin, a dietary supplement.
It is recommended that you either destroy the pill or take it across a pharmacy for identification.
Take care, please, best wishes!
