First off how old are you and why are you on ritalin though i suspect i already know. Ritalin is nothing more than speed that's why you feel so jittery I have been reading from other people the Focalin makes your stomach upset so you have to weigh your pros and cons anytime you take these type of meds as they all have some kind of speed effect.
