i had a medtronic pump with morphine for 4 years, then was switched to dilaudid for a few months when my doctor recommended i consider prialt. we studied the literature and decided to try it. within 10 days i had occasional total amnesia. we buried my mother in law on a tuesday and on the following sunday i asked my wife how her mother was getting along.
i had 2 auto accidents and was totally unaware what, where, how or when. i discontinued the prialt and went back to dilaudid and my doctor said the symptoms would dissapate but after a year it has not. i had to quit work and after trying to find another expnlanation. please advise!
