I can not get ursodiol.. My insurance is used up on this medicane I need. what can I do and will?

I lost my job 12 months ago and have not had insurance since. I was fortunate to be accepted into a patient assistance program with the original manufacturer of URSO (Axcan) until January 2010 however this program was suspended when a generic was released. Although still a struggle on unemployment because it is still expensive, I have been purchasing it (sometimes on a week to week basis). I have tried to research other resources or assistance programs but no luck. If anyone has any suggestions, I would welcome your responses. ps - I have been taking URSO for nearly 20 years and have never suffered any symptoms.
