Hello k82. Bit late in answering your question. I've been on it for several years now. My current dose is 135mg or 3x45mg pills. In the beginning, my dose was low. 45mg. that was to allow my body to adjust to it. I was then finishing seoquel, making the transition to Mirtazapine. I went sleepless, and it was only when I went onto the 90mg that some sleep began to kick in. So, I'd say that in your case, an increase might just be what you need. Its been a month so, your body has adjusted. I'm certain that an increase will be the solution for you. best of wishes.
