First, I would try to get on suboxone. But you need to bring the level of methodone down to at least 30mgs. Make an appointment with a pain specialist. There are many procedures you may be a good candidate for. I shattered my mid spine and also have a very bad disc. Prior to my surgery for the break, I had Facet injections, blocks, epi's, etc. The one that worked the best and longest for me was the RFT (Radio Frequency Thermocoagulation) I'm not sure what procedure will work for the entire spine. But please see a specialist. Obviously, you need doctors supervision before changing your methodone. I feel for you and I hope you find some relief. Congratulations on 1.5 years!! It will get better for you. The people here know a lot more than I do. They will read this question and give you more accurate advice. All I can do is suggest ideas and support you while you try to find the answers you need.
