I am using Tretinoin and clindamycin for my acne tretment since last 4 month. although I dont get?

if you did not get better after 4 month I think you should consult with doctor and use oral medication..first stage antibiotic(Doxy or minocyclin) and if you don not get better you shoud use Roacutan.
