I am also using Utin 400 and Nexiam 40 mg. Will this combination combat the inflamation?

Celebrex should help with the inflammation, provided your doctor thought it was appropriate to be used immediately after prostate surgery. Nexium will help reduce acid in your stomach, caused by the anti-inflammatory drugs.
