... a binding agent. My son will be in need of taking 75 mg daily for his A.L.L. and he unfortunately also has Galactosemia.

You will need to find out from your pharmacy what brands of Mercaptopurine are available to them and what drug company makes them. You will then need to contact the drug company directly to enquire as to whether their Mercaptopurine tablets contain lactose.
