It seems to be on both the sides of my back just above the lower part of my rib cage... This seems to be happening since I started taking zenpep after Ultrase MT 20 was no longer available is your pill a stronger one...
I am taking zenpep 20,000 And seem to have a stiff and sore areas on my back that occurs @ nite?

I realize this answer is very, very late ... and hopefully your issue has resolved. If it hasn't then I hope you have seen your doctor.
The listed side effects don't really say anything about pain above ribcage, but it does state stomach pain, etc.
