Hi how long have you been taking the meds? Some of the side effects listed are restlessness, tremor, and insomnia. It is important that you don't drink any caffeine at all and smoking can make matters worse. Hopefully these effects will dissipate after a while, a week or 2. If not contact your doctor to discuss your concerns.
