I am taking roxicodone and am currently prescribed hydrocodone 10/325 and they do not work too well.

Roxicodone is pure oxycodone and comes in 15mg or 30mg. Hydrocodone 10/325 consists of 10mg hydrocodone plus 325mg of acetaminophen/tylenol. They are both narcotic medications but roxicodone/oxycodone is a schedule II narcotic and hydrocodone is a class III.

Most drs will likely question a switch from 10/325 norcos over to roxicodone unless there is a serious problem. If you need oxycodone there are smaller doses available than with roxicodone by just getting 5mg oxycodone.

Roxicodone ultimately led to my personal downfall. Be very careful.
