I am suffering by scalp fungal infection. how can I get rid of it?

Keep the area clean. I used medicated shampoo such as one containing ketoconazole like nizoral maximum treatment 2 to 3 times a week to reduced the spread of infection. Other members of your family and pets should be examined if necessary. You can also take antifungal med itraconazole. It took a month for me to treat the fungal infection.
