No, as far as I know there are no known interactions between Cialis and a general anesthetic.
I have done an example drug interaction check. Please see link below.

Before the anesthetic is given the anesthetist will go over everything with you and you'll have to tell him/her that you are on Cialis. They should know if the anesthetic they use will interact with Cialis.
