I am out of Zymar and can not afford to refill it. Can I use Atropine Sulfate Ophthalmic Solution in its place?

No, you cannot use atropine sulfate eye drops instead of Zymar. Zymar is an antibacterial eye drop, used to treat infections. Atropine is an anticholinergic agent and muscarinic antagonist. Atropine is not an antibacterial, which is what you need.
