Where did that energy go? The past two days I have felt terrible and shaky. I must mention that I am also on Ativan 1mg 3xs a day for panic disorder.
I am on my 8th day of 150 mg Wellbutrin. The first couple of days I felt great and had some energy?

Getting the jitters is a common side effect of Wellbutrin which should go away within the first couple weeks of taking the medication. Generally, the theraputic level for Wellbutrin is 300mgs, so you may have to up the dosage eventually to continue to get the same effect. It can take upwards of a month to reach maximum effectiveness. Be patient and if the side effects don't get better within the next week, contact the doc.
