Difnal contains diclofenac, which is the active ingredient present in Cataflam. If you were able to take Difnal (2 x 25mg) without any problems then you should have been okay in taking Cataflam 50mg.
Diclofenac should be taken with caution in people with high blood pressure as it can raise blood pressure.
