I take half of 37.5, it does DECREASE your wants for food but you still should try to eat small snacks or meal through out your day. Also, try to adapt a new healthy way of eating while taking this med so when you decide to get off you wont gain the weight back because really weight loss begins in the mindset if that don't change then your doomed cause you can't be on this pill forever. in addition to me eating small snacks every 2 to 3 hours i also work out 4 to 5 days a week with strength training. So don't get dissappointed if your still hungry after taking this pill cause actually your body need the nurishment but you might not eat as much if you consume protein within your snacking time. This is what I do and i have lost a total of 20 pounds so far and I started taking 30mg at first then I switch to the 37.5mg only because i wanted to split the pill in half. Most imporantly drink plenty of water!!!
