Having stress test in two days, told to discontinue caffeine, will I be ok stopping cold turkey?

Hello donna perchard. well, I think your stress levels are going to be very high if you wetre to stop cold turkey. caffeine is a major stimulint, can be highly addictive, I taper, the effect of not having your java fix so to speak will only bring you more anxiety and stress.
