Hey Steelers Fan,
Headaches are a common side effect of the Bupropion. Stopping caffeine may actually give you a headache so I would taper off not go cold turkey. The headache should get better with continued use of the Bupropion. If it becomes intolerable please contact your doctor.
Best wishes,
Laurie

Laurie,
Thank you very much for your response. I have actually been on Bupropion for close to a month now. 300 mg per day but I am going to reduce it down to 150 mg after a discussion with my doctor to see if it helps. I was hoping the headaches would subside by now without reducing the dosage but no such luck.
Thanks again.
I hope you get relief soon!!
