... i have been married for the last month and when my husband and I started having sex, we never used alternate protection. We had sex through my placebo (and period) and I just started my new pack today but today I was feeling extremely irritable and was very nauseous (but didn't throw up... ). I took all my active pills through the month but may have been off by an hour or so each day.
Is there any chance that I could be pregnant? If so, when should I take a test?
I am currently taking Ocella... and was on my placebo pills this last week?

If you started having unprotected sex within the first 7 days of starting the pill then it is highly likely that you are pregnant. When you start a new birth control pill you must take at least 7 consecutive active tablets before you are contraceptively safe.
If you started having unprotected sex as soon as you started taking the pill then I would suggest that you please do a pregnancy test.
