chances of any improvement if I can endure urinating every 30 minutes until I hope it kicks in. I really, really need to know if I should continue, or accept surgery which could creat other problems. Obviously, I can't continue "as is", I am unable to sleep more than 3 hours per night. THANK YOU!

As long as the PSA numbers are coming down, I assume this means that the Avodart is working.
