Why not stop the ritalin and spend some money on HEALTHY omega 3 vitamins for your kids which will help them concentrate at school. Also get them involved in a sporting activity like swimming or running to help burn off excess energy. Ritalin is very dangerous and can cause sudden death in children at usual doses as it affects the heart and other internal organs. Your kids would be so much healthier without it Also change to a really healthy diet with lots of fish,fruit and vegetables. I feel sorry for any child on ritalin . Please visit www.ritalindeath.com
