There's always contacting a lawyer,1st vist is free,then if your on this Drug.com you can research if there has been any law suits launched.plus if you already know for fact it is i say go for it.My dad is in stage 5 renal failure.He's on pills,but he's 62.Do something while you can.

Are you thinking about taking legal action against your doctor or the drug company? It might be worth taking legal advie from specialist legal advisors. Plus maybe you could find out if there is a patients support group for others who have been similarly affected, have any of them made a successful claim. As you are in end stage renal failure with all the associated health problems, are you sure you want to pursue a claim, and maybe further risk your health? The litigation process is traumatic and exhausting. But,if you are interested despite this, definitely make enquiries, and I hope this will bring closure for you. Yes i think there is,i would study the drug on line.See what you come up with.My dad didn't come by it by a drug,so if you did that's awful & i would fight for you & to help others.
