Are you thinking about taking legal action against your doctor or the drug company? It might be worth taking legal advie from specialist legal advisors. Plus maybe you could find out if there is a patients support group for others who have been similarly affected, have any of them made a successful claim. As you are in end stage renal failure with all the associated health problems, are you sure you want to pursue a claim, and maybe further risk your health? The litigation process is traumatic and exhausting. But,if you are interested despite this, definitely make enquiries, and I hope this will bring closure for you. So sorry about your experiences, Best wishes bacterial
