I am also taking Sazien and have experienced severe leg cramps after about an hour of the injection. They are so bad that I have to apply massage and heat to get some relief. They subside in about another hour. I have also experienced headaches, body aches and chills as if I have the flu. These, too, subside after an hour or so.
I would call the doctor to report being unable to walk. Perhaps your dosage can be adjusted.
