hello ms patt. I just looked up via the search engine (top of this page and enter lexapro) and it takes you to the page covering your question. Click on pregnancy/breastfeeding, and it states that it may cause harm to the fetus if is used during the last 3 months of being pregnant. Hope this helps and eases your mind somewhat. You could always phone your gyn. to get a her/his professional opinion. best to you. hope you have a healthy and happy baby.
