Please, do you think, it is side effect of cordarone? If it is, can I stop taking
cordarone-pills or replace them by other drugs?
Thank you in advance.

Easy bleeding (although not specified as nose bleeds) is a serious side effect of Cordarone.
I would suggest that you see your doctor. You shouldn't just discontinue taking Cordarone. Your doctor needs to decide on what needs to be done, whether it's okay for you to continue Cordarone or if you need to be put on something else.
