How long have you been taking the Eltroxin? How are your labs looking? Is your endo looking at T3, T4 and Total TSH? Have you requested adrenal labs?
Do not add the Thytrophin on top of the Eltroxin, this can cause too much thyroid (both synthetic and natural) supplement/replacement which can be extremely dangerous. Talk to your endo if you are concerned that the Eltroxin is not working, or may need to be adjusted. I had to switch from synthetic to natural (Armour) after several months because I could not absorb the Synthroid.
Please do not self prescrie when it comes to your hormones, especially with the combination of drugs/conditions you have mentioned above.

I am also hypo. I had my thyroid removed in 1993. I'm on 0.125 mg (125 mcg) of levothyroxine. I also started gaining weight. I found I had to measure my foods, eat smaller amounts and cut out sweets. I do have a sweet treat a couple of times a month. Once again it's measured. I also count my calories, fat, carbs, etc. I also dance (by myself in my room) for exercise. I am losing weight. I found a great site www.sparkpeople.com. You just enter your food and drinks and amount and it figures out everything for you. I don't know anything about the drugs you were asking about. Good luck.
