I can just tell you my own experience. I get 5 Hyalgan injections (not the Synvisc1) , one week apart - six months in between sets of injections. Usually about 2 weeks after the 5th shot my knee is feeling much better, handling walking in the house much better, etc. This lasts 4-6 months. I don't know which medication or how much of each your condition requires I just know it helps a lot of people. Best wishes to you! EJ
