kittycatg...my new doctor took me off 4mg of ativan a day cold turkey and put me on hdroxyzine instead will i be panicky in a few hours help

Did you look that med up on our Drugs A to Z? It just might be a great replacement for a benzo. I agree with Ddog, keep busy!!
Why did your doc cut you off cold turkey? Cruel indeed!! Doc should have tapered you!!
