I have been on hydroxycholorquine 200 mg BID for over 8 months. Initially felt better but, now deal with extreme fatigue 4 out of 7 days/week. I never know when it is going to come on and how long it will last. Lupus is all new to me so I am wondering if there is other medications that help or an increase in dosage is the usual course.
