Hydrocortisone/Pramoxine - what is hydrocortisone acetate ointment use for?

I am pretty sure that is for pain and itch or skin problems. Praxomine is usually in creams for anti itch or pain numbing creams and hydrocortisone is in there to heal whatever it is.
