Tried all types of cream and I feel sure it is a fungis infection as it is not healing

if you are not showing any signs of infection then it is not going to respond to drugs like antibiotic creams and since I can't view this if you take a runinto the drug store it may be that the pharmacist can recommend an antifungal over the counter cream that will clear this up, if this is not the case and the hydrocortisone/lodoquinol is safe to use then you will at least know you haven't given it enough time, You call call him and explain what it looks like and he may suggest a local over the counter antifungal which may do the trick and clear the fungus up. I just want the best for you, it's probably something that he can make a suggestion on what is best the reason I am reluctant is because it seems to be fungus in nature and also it is taking a while and still not healing. I apologize I wish I could be more specific but with this not healed I think this would be probably a safer way to treat this
