The 7.5/750 has 7.5 mgs hydrocodone with 750 mgs acetominophen while the 5/500 has 5 mgs hydrocodone with 500 mgs acetaminophen. So the 7.5/750 is stronger basically.

They are the same, just different doses. One has 7 1/2 Hydrocodone and 750 Acetaminophen, the other 5 and 500. Hope this helps.
