Hi Macky,
I have been on this diuretic Triamterene one a day, for at least 15 years and I have had no problems with it at all. The doctor tried many medications for high blood pressure and this is the one that I had no side affects from. I take one a day and my blood pressure is normal in the 120 to 130 range over 70 - 80 so I am very happy with that.
