I do not have cancer, nor have i ever had cancer. I could not hold down any food during my pregnancy and was put on kytril in my first trimester of pregnancy and had to take it throughout my pregnancy.

You should be fine - data suggests it is safe to take during pregnancy if there is a clear need.
Kytril (granisetron) has been assigned to pregnancy category B by the FDA.
This means that animal studies failed to reveal evidence of fetal harm. There have been no studies in humans. The data available suggests that granisetron use during pregnancy is probably safe.
Granisetron is only recommended for use during pregnancy when there are no alternatives and benefit outweighs risk.
