The best way would be to work with a psychiatrist or counselor who specializes in OCD or addictive behavior. And make sure none of the meds you take cause OCD or anything like that, it could be triggering it. If you can find a support group in your area, that would also be good, the support and counseling really do have much positive influence on such behaviors.
