Rebound nasal congestion (an addiction to nasal sprays) can be a real problem caused by the over use of nasal decongestants.
It sounds as though you may need to see your doctor.
You may need to try a steroid nasal spray along with oral decongestant tablets and/or a saline nasal spray to help tie you over until steroid nasal spray kicks in.
There is also a medication called Rhinostat that may be useful in easing this process. Rhinostat is essentially the same medication you're addicted to, but is dispensed in a manner that very carefully controls the dosage.
See your pharmacist for more advice.
