How soon after taking exjade can I eat. I take it 2 times daily. grandmacy?

I take it in the morning and evening. 2 hours after I eat.

Hello,

"Take Exjade on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before eating."

Read under the section "How should I take Exjade?"

My instructions are to take it 2 hours after breakfast and 2 hours after supper.
I don't know how long after the 2 hours in the morning I can eat.
