i have a 102 fever and sore throat.

Delila is correct. You can take them both together. No problem. They are very different in their action. Ibuprofen alone should help your fever and sore throat pain. I'm not sure the Tramadol will help these conditions much unless you are taking the Tramadol for another reason.
