How should I take miralax with respect to meals and medications?

Unless directed otherwise by your doctor the standard adult dosage instructions for MiraLax are:
Stir and dissolve one packet of powder (17 g) in any 4 to 8 ounces of beverage (cold, hot or room temperature) then drink once a day for a maximum of 7 days.

It does not matter what time of day you take the MiraLax so choose a time of day that is convenient for you.
