How one administer Xopenex, Pulmicort, and Orapred?

Hi,
I know that Xopenex should be given before Pulmocort. I just wonder how bad it is if Xopenex and Pulmicort are given at the same time by mixing them in a Nebulizer. Do you recommend some interval between Pulmicort and Orapred to minimize side effects?

It's better to have them nebulized separately unless your doctor advises you to combine both of them and nebulize at the same time. And it is okay to take Orapred and use Pulmicort at the same time.

His asthma is acting up right now so we are gving him a .63mg. vial-dose every 4 hours. Maybe its taxing his system?
