I have been using Halobetasol for the on the soles of my feet since being diagnosed as having psoriasis. Sometimes twice a day & this has been going on for over a yr. I just read the side effects & am now worried that I have been over using. But it helps better then anything I have ever tried and I have tried LOTS.
How often & how long can I use Halobetasol ?

You should not use topical steroids continuously ... even if the medicine is helping. Once the psoriasis has resolved or after 2 weeks you should have at least a 2 week break from using the medicine. If the psoriasis appears again then you can start reusing it, but once again use with breaks.
